About Pastor Tim

Pastor Tim McNeal has lived in Kitsap County for the past four decades.  He has a bachelor’s degree in theology from Beacon University and is a licensed minister. He is the founding pastor of Alive Church and has served as lead pastor since 2006.  Prior to leading Alive Church, he had a wide variety of ministry roles including elder, children's church director, youth leader, family life coordinator, and just about everything in between. He understands teamwork and the importance of leadership modeling a heart to serve.  Pastor Tim has a wonderful love for people and cares greatly for our family here at Alive Church. He and his wife, Deirdre, have been married since 1988. They have three children, two son-in-laws, and three granddaughters. They believe that God has called them as a team into ministry to work side by side loving and serving God and people.
